All of the products in the range are made with the highest quality 100% pure Palm Oil.

Palm oil is becoming the preferred food oil across the world. It is completely cholesterol free and is a rich source of natural vitamin E & powerful anti oxidants. Palm oil naturally features a moderate level of saturation and therefore does not require hydrogenation. This means that our superior products are trans fats free.

All products manufactured by Africa Palm Products are endorsed by the Malaysian palm oil council. All research & development and technical support is conducted and strictly supervised by Iffco Malaysia and iffco Dubai to ensure that we provide you, our valued client, with the best products available.

BREAD & PREMIX SHORTENING | IDEAL FOR: BREADS • PREMIXES
SupaLoaf is a 100% shortening that is suitable for a variety of applications in the baking industry. It contains no moisture and produces good yields. SupaLoaf has a fairly high Slip Melting Point of 50 - 53ºC. It is not Hydrogenated and therefore is Trans Fat Free.

SupaFection is 100% shortening, containing zero moisture, it is a relatively soft product with a melting point range of 38- 42ºC and produces good yields. Manufactured from a blend of Pure Palm oils, SupaFection is specifically designed for applications in the Baking and Confectionary industry. SupaFection is not Hydrogenated and therefore is Trans Fat Free.

SupaRine is a versatile margarine, containing 16% moisture. it is slightly harder than SupaMarge with a melting point range of 37- 39ºC and produces good yields. Manufactured from a blend of Pure Palm oils, it is designed for many applications in the Baking and related industries. SupaRine is not Hydrogenated and therefore is Trans Fat Free.

SupaMarge is a premium creaming margarine, containing 16% moisture. It is a relatively soft product with a melting point range of 35- 37ºC and produces good yields. Manufactured from a blend of Pure Palm oils, it is specifically designed for the baking and confectionary industry. SupaMarge is not Hydrogenated and therefore is Trans Fat Free.

SupaShort is a pure Palm shortening that is suitable or a variety of applications in the food preparation industry. It contains no moisture and produces good yields. SupaShort has a fairly high Slip Melting Point of 46 - 48ºC. It is not Hydrogenated and therefore is Trans Fat Free.
