Melva Bakers Shortening

Description: Solid fat produced from refined,bleached and deodorized nonhydrogenated palm oil fractions, cooled and tempered until solid.
Application: Suitable for Biscuits, Cakes ,Chocolate and as an ingredient in a variety of applications in the food industry.
