Description: A multi-purpose aerated bakery fat manufactured from a blend of non-hydrogenated, non-lauric, refined and deodorised vegetable oils. Application: Premium quality shortening used to produce short pastries, biscuits, slab and Madeira cakes and as an ingredient in a variety of applications in the food industry. Shelf Life: Day of manufacture plus approximately 12 months, in unopened packaging under specified storage.
