A premium 80% Fat Yellow margarine (water in oil emulsion) manufactured by blending refined, bleached and deodorised Palm Oil and Coconut Oil, tempered and cooled till solid

Versatile, all purpose yellow margarine that produces quality baked products such as biscuits, tarts, pastry, scones and shortbreads. Great for spreading and baking

Creamy yellow in solid state.

Excellent texture / Bake-through butter flavour / Natural colour

End products have a smooth mouthfeel with no fatty palate cling / Perfect for several types of applications

Store in a cooled area, away from strong humidity and direct sunlight. Preferably between 18-20 deg C. Remove from cold room storage 24 hours for optimum usage.
